It was really eye-opening having the sessions with Verena and getting to know the amazing Wheel of Colours.

The exercise in this lesson is pure magic: I’m standing in front of this huge canvas; it’s actually infinite because I’m the painter, painting my future life in this world and there are no limitations.

I have all the space I want, everyone has. The challenge for me is to capture this and to listen to my inner voice. I’m still learning to let it speak; not speaking because it thinks it has to earn the right to speak and if lucky maybe being heard…
