Some more things we can do during the day for better sleep
Today, we are going to add the last few extras to creating the best sleeping and resting routine we’ve ever had.
And with that, begin to truly value ourselves and live our best lives.
We now know why it’s difficult to get enough sleep and rest – because we live in a world that doesn’t automatically value and prioritize our well-being – but with this course and our free will, we each have the power to change that.
And that’s what we are here for, in the CREATRIX School.
To become the Creatrixes of our best lives.
In the past few lessons, we’ve looked at how we can each find inner peace – and sleep better, knowing that we’ve done the very best we can every single day.
Then, we’ve added some meditation and breathing techniques, to calm our nervous system, rewire our brains and become more conscious of our thoughts and actions.
This way, we can live our lives purposefully, and direct the course of our life in a favourable way, instead of having to be reactive to a seemingly confusing world.
We’ve also looked at the natural rhythm of the day and how we can live more effortlessly if we go with the natural flow of the day, and we’ve explored the tools we can use to help us fall asleep on days when it’s difficult.
Today, in this lesson, we will look at how we can use exercise, food, design, temperature, light and other activities, to help us with our sleep – so you have all the knowledge at your fingertips to live a life in which you are well resourced and rested from now on.
