How to set your intentions for the highest good of all

This chapter is about the essence of life

– how we as people can live and work well with other people.

How we can communicate our needs and wishes and listen to those of others, so we can learn from each other and grow together.

To prepare ourselves for this, for a peaceful interaction with other human beings through our busy days, it helps to get our intentions right.

As people, when we interact with each other, we are often influenced by our experiences, by feeling hurt, not-seen or unsafe, and so we act from our egos, as our ego wants to protect us.

But we can also get guidance from our highest self, instead of our ego, or lower self, and from the spirit realm.

So in a few days, when I’m done preparing it, I will add a prayer here, that can help us to set our intentions for the highest good of all and that will guide us to ask for help from our highest self and the spirit realm so they will enable us to act and speak in the best possible way throughout the day.
