How to set your intentions for the highest good of all

This chapter is about the essence of life

– how we as people can live and work well with other people.

How we can communicate our needs and wishes and listen to those of others, so we can learn from each other and grow together.

To prepare ourselves for this, for a peaceful interaction with other human beings through our busy days, it helps to get our intentions right.

As people, when we interact with each other, we are often influenced by our experiences, by feeling hurt, not-seen or unsafe, and so we act from our egos, as our ego wants to protect us.

But we can also get guidance from our highest self, instead of our ego, or lower self, and from the spirit realm.

So I will share a prayer with you here, that I wrote, and that, I think, can help us to set our intentions for the highest good of all and that will guide us to ask for help from our highest self and the spirit realm so they will enable us to act and speak in the best possible way throughout the day.

 Dear grand Creatrix (substitute this with which ever term you feel called to use),

I believe that your power is my power, that I’m divine, like you are divine and that when I recognise this, all becomes possible – seeing this I now begin to trust myself and my abilities, like you trust me – and I begin to see that there are no limitations when it comes to making the impossible possible – because you are always here to support me.

Therefore, today, and every day, I ask for your support to help me to make the best of this day and my life, and to help me find the strength to invest time and resources to discover myself, my passions and all I have the opportunity to be – so I can begin to live as that – every day.

Help me to love myself, all my fellow humans and all beings, like I love you, like I learn to love life itself, as we are all one, connected through your energy, which is our energy, and I recognise that we are all here to help and support each other on our journey – no matter what that looks like.

I trust in your guidance and my ability to awaken and strengthen my intuition, my inner voice and the connection to you and my highest self, so I can be guided towards the best opportunities and be safe at all times. I know that to be safe I need to have a clear conscience – so I work on creating a life that is honest, open and filled with love.

I know that I have the power to heal myself and others and to manifest everything I wish for, not by looking at what’s wrong, but by focusing on what I wish to have: health, abundance, love, peace and soul fulfilment – so that I can enjoy my life and live as the free and limitless person I’m meant to be.

I honour and respect the unique gifts and talents I have, the way I look, the way I speak, the way I create and express, the way I am, and the way the colours are arranged on my wheel and in my life, for through my uniqueness, I make this world complete.

With you support and your encouragement, that I see, feel and hear, as you give me all that I could wish for and more, I dedicate my life to contributing to the highest good of all, and to allow myself to release all ego needs, as I understand that they only harm me and that it is only together, in community, support each other that we can thrive.

I understand that the more of my true self I show and share and the more of myself I give freely, generously and lovingly the better my life will become.

At the same time I make sure that I explore and set my boundaries, to chose wisely who and what I allow into my life and to not waste my energies with what doesn’t serve me and thus creates a limitation to my own and all of our well-being.

With your help and through our connection, I dedicate my life to expansion, to growth, to daily learning and exploring, to sharing and imparting love and knowledge to others and to making every day of my life enjoyable – as I know this life is my greatest gift, which I, my highest self, chose for myself, and gave to me, and that the possibilities for me here are really endless, if I allow myself to be free from the limitations others and my past self have imposed on me.

I ask for help from you and all beings near and far to support me to go through this world with an open heart, free to love, give and receive and to use this day, every day, wisely, to spend it joyfully, to fill it with love and laughter, to give myself food and stimulation that nourishes me, to move and feel my body, to be in the best company and to create all that my heart and my soul desire to see in the world – I recognise and live my life as an opportunity to create and experience something new and better every single day – from now on and forever.

From now on and forever, I recognise myself and all my powers, my endless energy, my divinity, my love, my creativity and my calling to contribute to the world in all the ways that make me happy, truly happy, that make me feel powerful, joyful and alive, to share my love and to allow myself to feel loved and to bring my soul joy and fulfilment – in whichever way I feel called to.

I thank you, for creating this world and these opportunities for me to thrive, explore, love and enjoy and for all of us to meet each other and see each other every single day – and I’m excited to see and be with all the other versions of you and me, that I will meet in the bodies of other people, today.

Today, and every day, I am grateful, for you and me and everything there is.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity me to honour and experience all of this and that I can be part of this creation, that I get to be a creatrix.
