Basically, this course can show you all you need to know to lead groups, clubs, communities, organisations or teams successfully, and wisely, for the highest good of all.
In the gap between who we are and who we could be is where all our unhappiness resides.

How can we make this possible, and what would we and our lives look like if we started to live as our best, our highest selves? Can we live a life without regrets?
Our lives are based on polarities, and so if we want to act, we also need to rest. If we want to fully enjoy our active time, we need to make sure we have enough downtime.

How can we break out of harmful relationship patterns and explore love freely, confidently and joyfully? How can we create the relationships we wish to have? And find our soulmate?
