What is Keeping You from Allowing Abundance into Your Life?
If we don’t believe that anything is possible for us – it won’t be.
This is the last chapter of the CREATRIX School because living in and creating abundance can be difficult, if you were raised to believe in lack and hard work.
But living in heaven on earth is possible.
Once we have done the work to allow for only the best things to come to us, they will, but for that, we have to love ourselves and forgive ourselves – for everything.

What if I told you that you’re closer to directing your thoughts instead of being bullied by them than you think?
You may not believe me.
To be honest, I wouldn’t have believed it myself if I had heard this, at the time when I woke up every morning being sad and disappointed with myself.
But this changed, and all it took was a change of perspective – and some discipline.
What’s your food story?
Do you know anyone who has and always had a healthy relationship to food?
I don’t think I know one single person who does not have a traumatic story to tell when it comes to food and eating habits.
This might seem natural, as our lives depend on food, but none of the people I’m thinking of ever had to struggle to survive because there wasn’t enough nutritious food around.
The complicated relationship many of us have to food comes from a complicated relationship to nourishment and care, and so how well we learned to take care of ourselves, shows in how well we can nourish ourselves with food.
Let’s create the world we want to live in – and the community we need for that!
As somebody who has been involved in all kinds of communities all her life, I’ve seen a lot of what has worked and a lot that didn’t when it comes to building stronger communities.
And when we judge according to our experiences, it seems like there is no simple answer, to the question of how we can start building stronger communities or uniting lots of individuals to work towards a common goal.
But when we look from a higher perspective, there is one simple answer, that only needs two components to work:
Self-Actualization means to live your full potential? It’s a good question, isn’t it?
Now, of course, it is hard to answer tthis if we find ourselves in a position where we are not living out our fullest potential yet.
But the less we know the answer, the more important it is…
Let’s get some rest
Getting enough sleep is fundamental if we want to have powerful days and live a healthy life.
And to get enough sleep regularly, we need a sleep routine that serves and nourishes us.
If you don’t know where to start on your self-actualization journey, creating a healthy sleep routine is definitely the perfect place.
Once we start rearranging our schedule to get enough sleep, EVERYTHING else will fall into place more easily.
Let’s explore our relationships
Today, at least in some places in this world, we have the freedom to choose our partners ourselves, and we can theoretically decide what we want our relationships with our partners to look like.
Our partners can be of any gender, and we can choose if we want to be in a polyamorous or a monogamous relationship – and what that means to us.
The choices are ours to make, if we become conscious and aware of our options, but what often makes relationships of any kind most complicated is our struggle with self-worth, self-love, expectations, hope, disappointment and communication.
Growth – Balancing your life and your responsibilities can seem like an unreachable goal – but it doesn’t have to be.
With a few easy steps and practices, you can balance your life and bring in joy, peace and ease as well.
It’s the new way to live, and it’s available to all!

We think that the things, which are happening to us, are beyond our control, and it seems like we have to cope and react.
But the second we take full responsibility for the situation we are in, we can also begin to change it.

For this lifetime, we each have been gifted a body.
We spend our whole life in our bodies, without it, we wouldn’t be alive any more.
Yet, how it works still often seems like a mystery and the relationships we have to our bodies is mostly defined by insecurities about our looks – and our abilities.
