In the CREATRIX School we bring clarity, confidence and connection into every area of our lives - and we look at a different topic in each moon phase - starting April 27th, 2025, we will begin to focus on our body so it can help us find and live with optimal health and well-being.
We will start to find out how we can change our bodies in kind and loving ways and explore all the ways it allows us to grow stronger, more flexible and be in this world with joy and confidence.
n this chapter (or 4-week course), we will move from thinking that our body limits us to recognizing that our body is a tool and a gift that allows us to experience life in whichever way we wish.
