As I’m on my journey to reducing rubbish and living more consciously, dog food caught my attention as the big cans I was buying for the dogs constituted a big part of what I had to recycle.
Listening to Saving Us by Katharine Hayhoe, I became curious about the idea of feeding dogs food based on insects rather than meat and started to investigate and research a little.

Why do we need sustainable clothes?
The fast fashion industry is one of the major contributors to global warming. But luckily, more and more people are creating the change we need here, too.
With even big companies offering to recycle clothes, a shift in consciousness is becoming apparent. So, switching to more sustainable clothes matters.
And to live more consciously does not have to mean to stop having fun, to start limiting our actions or to stop following our desires – quite the opposite.
We can make conscious choices, especially when it comes to buying sustainable clothes, which are beautiful, feel good and make us look great.
If we choose clothes in which we feel beautiful and take care of our appearance in a way that excites us, it has effects on our whole well-being.
Because when we make choices which align with our inner state of well-being, we practice self-love and appreciation, and that makes us feel great.
And when we feel great, it becomes easier to act better and with that – we can inspire even more people to more sustainable choices and change as well.
