The Spiritual Archetypes
Have you tried to connect to your inner exorcist — yet? Or your inner hermit? The spiritual archetypes each have a message for you and can guide you to find the answers to questions you might have inside of you.
Like the directional archetypes, the spiritual archetypes can help us find our perfect occupation, but they can also help us to step into our full power when we learn to integrate them all – because the more we can help ourselves and deepen our spiritual connection, the more independent we become and the more we feel empowered to reach out and support others as well.
Which of these are you relating to most right now?
Hermit Archetype
Nothing I do as work, I could be doing if I hadn’t consciously taken myself out of the daily life with other people for an extended period of time and continue to do so.
When we are among other people, it’s so easy to think things are the way they are because we’ve all heard the same stories over and over again and so reconfirm them to ourselves, consciously or unconsciously.
Only when we take a step out and away from what everybody else is doing can we see what is happening clearly.
So the hermit can help any project with a much clearer, and much more objective and neutral perspective, than those who are involved in the project themselves.
Shaman Archetype
A shaman can communicate between the different realms and can travel back and forth in time and space and bring in the wisdom from guides, spirit or animals, and help people through their periods of transitioning.
Shamans often use trance, induced by rhythm or drumming, to bring about a change in consciousness and help direct the energies to a desired outcome.
Mystic Archetype
A mystic seeks or has found union with the divine, the ego is shed and the god within has been recognized and can be lived.
“I am god, just like you are. We are what created us, and we continue to create what will be.”
The mystic embodies the moment of creation, brings the wholeness to every project and can envision the healed aspect, the goal, for the highest good of all, that the project wants to reach.
Seer Archetype
A seer might have visions of what’s to come, the outcome of a project or an event that might take place in the future.
Often these visions show something dramatic, that a person doesn’t know how to prevent themselves.
There’s nothing spooky about that, as it’s just picking up on the current energies and showing us where they lead – if we don’t stop them, and of course, they can also be positive.
Exorcist Archetype
You can also call the exorcist the truth teller.
Our world is built on illusions. And the exorcist can destroy the ghosts and demons we hold on to for life, as they might have been the lesser evil for us at some point when we wanted to be safe.
One common illusion is that we often think that we have to force ourselves to do things that go against our nature – because other people are doing them as well – when instead we could let that believe go, and only do what feels right, when the time is right.
The second you stop forcing yourself to do things, you will want to do everything that is necessary for you to thrive, even your taxes or cleaning up.
So the exorcist can help us to let go of false beliefs, to successfully run our projects.
They might appear calling people out on their racist or sexist or otherwise discriminatory behaviour – and are often met with resentment and not seen and cherished as the helpers they truly are.
Messenger Archetype
A messenger can speak with god/source energy or easily tap in to hear guides or the collective consciousness communicate.
This is less ceremonial or ritual oriented. I can get messages from god in any moment I’m quiet enough to listen.
Tuning in to these communications can not only be reassuring, but also help to take the right actions.
It’s really awesome that you are here – and surely not a coincidence.
If you like to dive deeper into getting to know your true self, consider ordering your unique Wheel of Colours, so you can remember the colours of your life and start integrating them, to gain more personal freedom, happiness and, if you like, even enlightenment.
Or join the CREATRIX School to continue working with these archetypes.
We work with the spiritual archetypes in the Community Chapter.
Learn how we can begin to build stronger communities & start creating the world we want to live in
In this chapter of the CREATRIX School (or 4-week course) we learn how we can build strong communities, what our unique roles can be in these strong communities, what our gifts are that we came to share with others and how we can best combine our powers and energies to create the changes we want to see in our world (and not get triggered or distracted by personal issues).
Basically, this course can show you all you need to know to lead groups, clubs, communities, organisations or teams successfully, and wisely, for the highest good of all.
