Why self-actualization coaching?
Self-Actualization Coaching is designed to help you to start living your best life.
Born out of the positive psychology movement, Self-Actualization Coaching focuses on how positive changes can be achieved, rather than why things are the way they are and what caused them.
With this approach, it offers an alternative to traditional therapy and can be especially useful to those, who have not reached the results they hoped for with psychoanalysis or cognitive behavioural therapy.
It is practical, works with small and concrete steps, which can cause significant changes and can help anyone to work towards becoming the best version of themselves, and to develop and explore their full potential.
What Self-Actualization can look like in Practice
Being open and able to give and receive unconditional love.
Processing and feeling your feelings so that you have the clarity and the freedom to react to a situation and not to your past.
We are all able to live this way. In fact, I believe that this is our natural state of being.
Through cultural and personal conditioning, trauma, limits and learned behaviours we have removed ourselves from this state, but can come back and fully regain this state through deep- inquiry, living true to oneself and with the help of Self-Actualization Coaching.

What do you learn through self-actualization coaching?
To take 100% responsibility for your life.
To love and accept yourself fully. To stop comparing yourself to others and start living your unique life.
To stop externalizing your problems.
To love and accept others fully. To stop judging and to overcome prejudices.
To be hopeful and to have the faith to see that we are all striving towards wholeness and balance.
To live a happy and balanced life.
Why am I a good coach for you?
Apart from my formal qualifications, I have also been practising what I teach for some years now. Like any (self-actualizing) person, I continue to learn and grow and see an opportunity for that in every encounter.
I will never meet you or anyone thinking, that I have it all figured out and can show you the way, but I am here to guide you to find your own way and will gladly teach you the tools and skills that you need for that.
This whole process came to me very easily, naturally and I love what I do. I love living this way and l’d love to share these easy steps with you so that you can overcome fears, doubts and limitations and start living your best life with love and being true to yourself for the rest of your life.
I live by the saying: “Knowledge that is not in your body is just a rumour.” (this comes from the Asaro tribe)
I’m not about spreading rumours.
Everything I teach and share with you, I have tried myself and I know that it works.
How do you know if Self-Actualization Coaching is right for you?
I honestly think that there is no one, who would not benefit from self-actualization coaching.
If you want to know if I’m the right person, you can look around on this website, read the blog or follow me on Social Media.
I built this website myself, I wrote all the texts, I took many of the pictures. My love is in all that you find here and I’d be more than happy to meet you with love as well.
Booking a free appointment with me to see if we are a good fit is completely risk-free. No obligations, just an exploration.
But I also have to warn you:
Working with me is not going to be effective, if you are not willing to go deep and be completely honest with yourself (and me).
You have to be ready to explore new ways and to get out of your comfort zone.
Apart from that openness, you won’t need to bring anything.
I’d be happy to meet you, wherever and however you are, without judgement.

Why self-actualization coaching?
Many people don’t even see how much they are suffering because everyone around them is facing the same hardships. I was one of these people for a very long time.
I thought: Everybody is stressed, why should I be able to not feel that way, it’s how the world works these days.
Or: Getting sick is something that happens to me, why would I be able to prevent it? Everybody gets sick, what does that have to do with me?
I struggled with shame, with anxieties, and tried to blame my circumstances or my upbringing for the things that I wasn’t happy with, in my life.
I tried to find solutions on the outside instead of looking in to solve them.
I thought being happy and fulfilled was for other people, not for me.
But none of that is true. I experienced that first hand and I see it in more and more people every day. And I hope you will get to experience it too.
PS: I still remember my own fears, before I started to embark on this journey:
I was afraid it would mean that things would actually change (funny, huh?). I did not know what would happen if I broke with old patterns, and that scared me.
I was also afraid that I would lose friends (which I did, but I also found new ones).
I was afraid to admit to myself that I have been hooked on many illusions, and that I would have to admit that to others as well.
And I was afraid that the fact that if I then changed my behaviour because of that, I would also implicitly show others that they are hooked on illusions as well. (I saw that as a bad thing because I was so afraid to criticize anyone)
More than anything, I was afraid of hurting other people’s feelings, of making them uncomfortable, by making changes that were good and necessary for me to be me.
I was afraid to take up space to make decisions for myself and to do something so radically different for myself.
I’m so glad I did it anyway.
We want to be safe at all cost, and we wish to please and belong, this is how we are as human beings and this is why it is so important to have a coach and/or other people to support us on this journey.
I had and have my own teachers, coaches and guides and I’m happy to now be the person to cheer you on and support you in your growth and on your journey to becoming your true and best self, to discover your full potential, to live a life filled with love.
I do that knowing that not only can this transform your life, it will empower you to inspire transformation in many other people as well.
I cannot encourage you enough to make this first step and to discover that so much more is possible for you than you might be able to imagine right now.
I wouldn’t have believed it, if somebody had told me how I’d feel today, five years ago. Surprise yourself. It will be worth it.
