← CHAPTER OVERVIEW
How can we live purposeful days?
Dear Creatrix,
What would a perfect day look like for you?
And when I say that, I don’t mean a perfect holiday day, on which you can forget about your regular life. That’s not what the CREATRIX School is all about.
You can also start here:
What would have to change in your life so that you can enjoy every single day of your life and fill it with purpose?
In the PURPOSE chapter of the CREATRIX School, we looked at our strengths, our gifts, our talents, and of course, at the purpose of life – so how can we bring it all together in a purposeful day?
For me, this starts with waking up early, and before I get out of bed, I read my I’m a commitment to… statement, to remind me of what my life currently is about and to allow me to be on purpose all day.
Then, I recognize my connectedness to mother earth, our universe and all of creation.
I bow in all four directions and thank the angels, guides and guardians of each direction that are connected to them, for protecting me throughout the day, and the elements for making life in form possible.
I have a little altar set up in my living room, with some statues of god_esses and objects to symbolize all elements, as well as a little water for the spirits and ancestors that gets refreshed every morning and I also light a candle that is on while I do this and then, when I read the Wheel of Colours prayer, to activate all colours in me.

After I get out of bed, before I do the second part, I say hello to my dog and take her out, and put my feet on the wet ground, and ground myself.
Then I feed her, get my supplements out for the day, eat half of a banana, drink a coffee, and then I do this.
And after that, I’m ready for my first work session.
Before I begin, I also pull a card from Diana Cooper’s Archangel Oracle Card Deck – to see which angel will accompany me on that day.
My work sessions are ideally 1,5 to 2 hours long, and after the first one I do my workout, shower and eat breakfast.
After that, depending on the weather, I either take the dog for a long walk or have another work session, before we go out (that’s my preferred way, but sometimes in summer, when it gets too hot out, I have to take her before it gets too warm).
While I live in a house with a nice garden, I live in an urban area right now, so we walk a bit to get to the nearby lake or woods or other areas with more nature, to touch a tree and hear birds sing, and maybe pick some fresh fruits, find some four leaf clovers or just get out of work mode and to connect to nature and feel as part of nature for a bit.
And then we go home to have lunch.
Recently, we spent 12 days by the sea, and I went to the beach to watch the sunset almost every evening.
After that, it’s another work session, a coffee break, ideally on the balcony, another work session and then at five I close my …
