My dear friend,
I hope that you had a super lovely weekend – because I have something wonderful to share with you.
In this moon phase I introduced that CREATRIX School chapter, in which we explore our love relationships, and the colour GREY in the Wheel of Colours, which is the colour for living together peacefully and a colour that is very important – when it comes to opening up to and creating loving and supportive relationships.
And I’ve invited you to Queer Sacred Love – a new space for heart-centred connections, in the post I wrote last week.
If you haven’t done so, you can join here. 🌿✨
Today, I would like to share my first guided meditation with you – to slowly finish the Relationships chapter.
You are invited to step into a sacred space for your heart, with me, and with this guided meditation, designed to help you open to love, connection, and intimacy — starting with yourself.
This meditation is build on the work we’ve done in the Relationships chapter of the CREATRIX School. So, if you feel like you are missing the clarity to really answer the questions I ask in this meditation – but you would like to answer them with clarity and confidence – then you might want to work though this chapter, to clear blockages and really explore your desires when it comes to love and relationships.
Then, whenever you’re ready, come back here.
In this meditation, you will be invited to:
- Release patterns from past relationships that no longer serve you
- Explore your desires and set the tone for your connections
- Invite feelings of being seen, met, and loved for who you truly are
- Learn to experience unconditional love and heart-centered intimacy
- Align with your own power as the driving force of your life
This meditation is the first of 13 meditations I’m going to make for the CREATRIX School. A new meditation will be released with each upcoming chapter.
I created this meditation to really anchor in the work we did in the CREATRIX School and to support you in remembering your divine self, embracing your desires, and creating relationships that reflect your highest truth – whenever you feel you need a little more confidence again in this area.
How to use this meditation:
Find a quiet, comfortable space, optionally light a candle, and let yourself arrive fully. Play the meditation, close your eyes, and allow the guidance to open your heart and expand your awareness.
Affirmation to hold during practice:
“I am ready to open my heart to sacred connection. I am love. I am seen. I am safe. I am free.”
Whether you are seeking deeper intimacy, clarity in your desires, or simply a moment to reconnect with your own heart, this meditation will guide you gently into sacred presence.
And because I love you, I’ve also added a sacred ritual for the meditation underneath so you can really celebrate this – and yourself. 🌸
✨ Sacred Ritual for the Meditation:
Opening the Heart to Sacred Connection
By Verena Spilker | CREATRIX School
1. Create Your Sacred Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you can be undisturbed.
Bring in elements that inspire you:
A candle or soft lamp to bathe your space in gentle light
Optional: incense, essential oils, or a crystal (rose quartz, amethyst, or clear quartz work beautifully)
Remove distractions: silence your phone, close doors, and let this moment belong only to you
Visualize your space filling with soft, warm pink-golden light — a gentle cocoon of safety, love, and presence.
2. Prepare Your Body
Sit or lie in a comfortable position.
Keep your spine straight yet relaxed.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a few deep, grounding breaths, feeling your connection to the earth beneath you.
Notice how your body feels — release any tension, letting your shoulders, jaw, and chest soften.
3. Set Your Intention
Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
Silently or aloud, say:
“I open my heart to sacred connection.
I am safe. I am seen. I am love.”
Invite yourself to release the past, remembering that you are the driving force of your life.
From this space, you can step fully into your desires and intentions for love, connection, and intimacy.
4. Optional Energetic Anchors
Soft music: play your meditation track gently in the background
Small movement: stretch your arms, sway, or roll your shoulders to release tension
Visualization: imagine your heart radiating a soft, rose-golden light, expanding into the space around you
5. Begin the Meditation
Take a final deep breath in, and on the exhale, release all expectations.
Let yourself fully arrive in the present moment.
Start the guided meditation, feeling supported, safe, and open.
6. Closing Your Practice
When your meditation ends, take a few moments to sit quietly, noticing any thoughts, sensations, or insights.
Optional: journal anything that came up, especially reflections about your desires, connections, or self-awareness.
Express gratitude for this time you’ve dedicated to yourself.
Seal your practice by gently blowing out your candle or softly clapping your hands.
Carry the energy of love, openness, and sacred connection with you as you move into the rest of your day.
I hope you enjoy this, and I’d love to hear how it feels or what comes up for you in this meditation.
