Balance, Vision & Commitment (Field 4)
Dear friend,
how do you feel today? More safe? More relaxed? More ready to receive?
Over the last few days, you’ve explored:
Field 5: how you naturally create
Field 6: why you act, your guiding principles
Field 7: how you feel safe enough to receive your results
Today we will focus on Field 4: Balance, Vision & Commitment.
This is about seeing clearly where you want to go, and for that you have to feel balanced and stable first, so you can act from your centre and not from fear or overwhelm. When you feel centred, you can begin to act, and decide, in a way that feels aligned, and you can allow your actions to flow naturally from your own design.
Many people feel stuck because they try to manifest from a state of fear, or lack, which leads to pushing and pulling and trying to act in ways that aren’t authentic to them.
Today, we practice envisioning your desired outcome from your balance point and using your natural energies and principles.
Field 4 shows how you envision outcomes and commit to them. It’s the starting point of every manifestation, but it only works when after envisioning and committing you follow through with your method (5), motivation (6), and experience of completion and receiving (7).
Commitment isn’t forcing or over-planning — it’s aligning with your natural flow and joy.
When you begin to manifest in your unique way, you vision becomes a living, actionable pathway that’s fully aligned with who you are.
As you read the description of your colour, take a moment to notice how that feels.
You may recognise patterns you have experienced many times in your life — or you may discover something new about what truly supports your well-being.
Let your colour guide you back to balance, to your centre, and to a renewed sense of vision for yourself, and your life.
Red – Red balances, commits and focuses by stepping back into your confidence and trusting your body’s natural strength. When you become passionate about your life and your healing, you naturally regain your centre and the power to envision your desired future.
Yellow – Yellow balances, commits and focuses through love, emotions and connection. When you allow yourself to feel, share love and cultivate self-love, you regain your balance and return to a state of harmony and well-being.
Blue – Blue balances, commits and focuses through intuition and inner knowing. By listening to your inner guidance and trusting your gut feelings, you naturally find the path that keeps you healthy, fulfilled and aligned with what is right for you.
Green – Green balances, commits and focuses through instincts and strong intention. By directing your focus and expressing your desires, you activate your ability to restore balance and shape your life in meaningful ways.
White – White balances, commits and focuses through relationships and connection with others, so it’s important to choose your surrounding wisely and to create supportive relationships – so you can always feel balanced.
Orange – Orange balances, commits and focuses through learning, exploration and new experiences. Curiosity and discovery keep you energized and help you regain your sense of well-being whenever you feel stuck or unwell.
Grey – Grey balances, commits and focuses by respecting themselves and others. When you honour both yourself and others equally, you create the inner stability needed for a healthy and balanced life.
Brown – Brown balances, commits and focuses through action and physical engagement with life. Activity and practical involvement support your well-being, as long as you also allow yourself time to rest and recover as well.
Crystal – Crystal balances, commits and focuses through clarity and transparency. When you clearly recognize what is happening within you, how things work or where you’d like to go, and can envision your desired outcome, you naturally move toward well-being and balance.
As we look at how we balance ourselves and our lives, we also turn our attention to what we need to envision and commit.
Balance is what you need to see clearly, to stand firmly and to be and remember who you are, to feel well and like yourself.
Vision is the ability to see what you would like to create, or heal in your life.
Commitment is the energy that allows you to move toward that vision with intention.
Your colour in this field reveals what helps you return to balance when life feels out of alignment. It can guide you back to your natural, healthy and balanced state of being – the ideal place from which to create.
I had a client once, who had a full-time job to make money. She studied business, and took a leading position in a company, because she was qualified, good at it, and felt like she had to be successful and make money to please her family. But her heart was longing to work with children and to be more creative. She developed one health issue after the next, to the extent, that she felt like her co-workers were making her sick. Which in a way was true – because she wasn’t where her soul longed to be.
When I did her Wheel of Colours Soul Reading, she learned that it is essential for her to be passionate about what she does (red in field four), to be healthy. Of course stepping away from a career isn’t easy, but she said the idea alone already made her feel better.
Understanding yourself opens a pathway.
When we don’t know these things, we often have no idea where our issues are coming from.
Now you can check if your life is in alignment with what you need to be healthy, and if it’s not yet, you can begin to open up to make the necessary changes – and to see how that feels, and what that changes for you.
My colour in field four is crystal, which means I have automatic clarity in what is needed to heal – which makes it easy for me to help myself with that, and which enables me to now help others with this as well.
But to get here, I needed to allow myself to find clarity about my life at first, I needed to find out who I really am (a cosmic being, temporarily on earth), what I’m here to do, how this world works and so on, possibly more than most need to know all these things to balance their lives.
Like my client, until a few years ago, I tried to work a job that wasn’t right for me, I wasn’t clear on where I wanted to go, or why everything seemed wrong, and so I was depressed, and often sick. I started to change that, before I discovered the Wheel of Colours, yet learning about it, and understanding this part about myself, helped me to confidently continue on my path.
Now, I can easily allow myself to find the clarity I need first, before I start to manifest or create something, or to come back to a clear outlook, when I feel unwell.
So, what brings you healing, is also what helps you envision and manifest things in life.
My client does not only have to be passionate about her job, she would also have to be passionate about what she wishes to create and manifest in her life.
If your colour here is blue, you need to follow your intuition to show you what you need to be healthy, and to guide you to what to manifest.
If your colour is rose, your senses will guide you, and if it’s yellow, you will need to feel loved and supported, to balance, envision and commit.
And now you can see how this works for you.
What do you need to be healthy and to manifest things in life?
Both comes from the same energy – that of divine creation, our growth energy.
Over the past days, you have explored different aspects of your natural way of creating and experiencing life.
Yesterday, you reflected on how you protect yourself and how to restore a sense of safety and protection. And before that you explored your how and why. Now you know about the qualities that help you to balance yourself and create.
With that we are almost ready to bring it all together – but before we do that really try to connect to your balance point today, and think about what you may need to do to remember this for yourself, and your life in general, so you can always come back to your balance, and with that, to more health, from now on.
Exercises
Take a few moments to reflect on the following questions:
• When was the last time you felt balanced, healthy, or centred?
• Do you feel like your colour can support your well-being?
• Are there moments when you ignore what your body or inner guidance is telling you? Why?
• What small step could help you reconnect with your natural balance more often?
There is no need to find perfect answers.
Simply noticing what resonates is already a powerful step toward living more in alignment with yourself.
If you haven’t done this, yet, now might be a great time to add the descriptions of each colour to your Manifestation Arc Cheat Sheet.

Embodied Practice – Balancing Your Life
Close your eyes and place one hand over your heart and one over your belly.
Can you envision yourself doing what you need to do to feel balanced and well?
How much effort would that be? Would it be effort at all, or feel like joy?
What would need to change for you to allow yourself to do that?
Now, from here, feel into one meaningful change that could drastically change your life.
What would that be? How would it make you feel once you’ve achieved it?
Take three deep, grounding breaths. When you are ready, open your eyes.
Optional: write down what came up, we’ll start working with that tomorrow.
Before we continue tomorrow, take a moment to look back at what you have explored so far.
You have now discovered four colours in your personal wheel and seen how they influence different aspects of your life — how you create, what motivates you, how you restore safety, and what helps you return to balance.
Each of these colours represents a natural energy within you, and together they begin to reveal your unique way of moving through the world.
Tomorrow, we will bring these insights together and put them into an aligned practice.
For now, simply begin to reflect on one thing in your life you would like to shift, change, or create in a new way.
It doesn’t have to be a big life decision. Often the most meaningful transformations begin with something small that comes from the heart.
Just allow the question to sit with you:
What is one thing I would like to create differently in my life?
Tomorrow, we will explore how you can begin to move toward that vision using the natural energies of your own Wheel of Colours.
Ask a question or share about your experience
How do you feel about your colour for balance? What came up when you journaled? How did the embodied practice feel? What else would you like to share? Any questions?
