Your Unique Way of Creating (Field 5)
Yesterday you discovered your full Wheel of Colours and your manifestation pathway — the colours in Fields 4–7.
Today we are focusing on one of the fields of that sequence: Field 5 – Your Unique Way of Creating.
Field five shows you how you create and innovate and what you need to act and express in your unique ways – something that is quite important for life in general, but also for your unique manifestation process.
Here’s how this works:
If your colour for creativity is pink – which is also the classical colour for that field, that means that you are naturally creative – and that you may need to be creative in everything that you do.
It also means that you may get bored easily when you can’t do things in innovative and creative ways – does that resonate?
Or maybe your colour is yellow? Or red?
If your colour for creativity is yellow, your emotions guide you into creativity. If it’s red your passions inspire you to be creative.
This way we each have something that drives our creative self-expression.
Once you know this you can consciously use it, and you may begin to see how we are all different and the same.
We all create and need to be able to create and express freely in life – yet we each have something else that gets us there.
Below I share a list with you, which gives you a better understanding of all colours in this field, so you can find yours, and see how that feels.
Of course, you can read all colours, but you really only have to focus on your colour here.
Over the next three days I will share the basic meanings of each of the fields of the Manifestation Arc, and the basic colour meanings in these fields with you.
When you order your Wheel of Colours Soul Reading from me, you will get a much more in depth description of everything these fields reveal – and also more information on what your colours mean in each field.
For now, I’m only sharing what is necessary for what we will be doing, so that it won’t be too confusing or overwhelming.
Before we get to the colours, though, I would like for you to think about all the ways that you create.
Because creative self-expression starts with how you get out of your bed in the morning. It continues with how you brush your teeth, or the clothes you choose, or the movements you make when you put them on.
Your creativity and unique self-expression shows up in the food you make, in the words you choose when texting someone, you can see it in your handwriting, how you wrap a gift, or decorate your home, or how you run your business, plant a garden, or care for your kids or friends or family or for yourself.
Everything that is created by you is done in your unique way and therefore holds your unique essence.
So, creativity here is not just about art, or being explicitly creative – it’s about everything that you do or create.
It shows you the way in which you contribute to shaping our world, with every single word you say, movement you make and with every thing that you do.
The colours in field 5
Yellow – If your fifth colour is yellow, your creativity is guided by your feelings. You create most easily when something or someone truly resonates with you, and the more supported and emotionally aligned you feel, the more naturally your creativity flows.
Blue – If your fifth colour is blue, you create intuitively and often act on sudden insights or impulses. You may find it difficult to explain your process, but when you trust your intuition and allow inspiration from people and situations, your creativity flows naturally.
Green – If your fifth colour is green, your creativity follows your inner drive and life energy. When inspiration strikes, you can become deeply immersed in creating, often moving through powerful phases of intense creativity followed by quieter periods.
Pink – If your fifth colour is pink, creativity is a natural part of who you are. You have the ability to make ordinary things fascinating and prefer expressing ideas in your own original way rather than following established methods.
White – If your fifth colour is white, your creativity is strongly influenced by the people around you. Supportive and open environments help your creativity flourish, while judgment or narrow thinking can make you hesitate to express yourself.
Purple – If your fifth colour is purple, you create with depth and purpose. Your creative work often carries emotional or spiritual meaning, and you feel most fulfilled when what you create contributes to your growth or healing journey.
Orange – If your fifth colour is orange, you are experimental and curious in your creativity. You enjoy exploring different techniques, learning from others, and eventually combining what you’ve learned to develop your own unique style.
Grey – If your fifth colour is grey, feeling respected for your creativity is important to you. Learning to value and respect your own work helps you express yourself more freely without being limited by the fear of criticism.
Brown – If your fifth colour is brown, your creativity is practical and hands-on. You enjoy building, crafting, or creating things that are useful, especially when your work can support others or solve a real need.
Rose – If your fifth colour is rose, you create from a highly original perspective. Your imagination allows you to see possibilities others may not notice, helping you bring completely new and innovative ideas into the world.
Black – If your fifth colour is black, your creativity begins with reflection. You like to think things through carefully, preparing your ideas and approach before you start so that your creative process can unfold clearly and effectively.
Crystal – If your fifth colour is crystal, you are flexible and multifaceted in your creativity. Once you clearly understand a project, you can integrate many perspectives and guide complex ideas or processes with clarity.
If you try to create in a way that isn’t yours, you will feel stuck — even when you’re capable.
So just see how this resonates, and check in with yourself to see if you sometimes tried to force yourself to create and be in ways other people create, instead of going with your natural way.
As someone with ‘pink’ creativity – I really hate doing things in ways in which other people do them and enjoy doing things differently – something that you may see reflected in my work.
In the past I blamed myself for not being able to follow simple instructions, or getting bored when I had to do things in a certain way.
Then I blamed myself – now I can acknowledge and communicate that I actually need to find my own way to things – and can enjoy the process.
I’d love to hear about your story with this as well, now, in the comments, or at a later point when you actually practiced doing things your way more.
Exercises
Look at the colour in your Field 5. And at the sentence that describes your how, your way of creatively expressing yourself. If you like, add the description to the paper for the Manifestation Arc you created yesterday.
Then take a moment to journal or reflect on these questions:
- Where have I overridden my natural way of doing things?
- When have I felt most effective and alive while creating?
- What happens when I try to “push” instead of doing things in my own way?
- What would change if I fully trusted this Field 5 energy?
Can you see yourself more clearly now?

Embodied Practice – Experiencing Your Pathway
Close your eyes.
Imagine taking one small action this week — but this time, in your Field 5 energy.
Notice your posture.
Notice your breathing.
Notice the speed or tone of your movement.
Does it feel lighter?
More stable?
More joyful?
More focused?
Take three breaths and let that sensation settle into your body.
Ask a question or share about your experience
How do you connect to your field 5 energy? What came up when you journaled? How did the breathing exercise feel? What else would you like to share? Any questions?
