about the Inner Temple

In the Inner Temple we lead with love — learning to trust the wisdom of our body, our heart, and our unique ways of being.

🌼 In the Inner Temple, you are invited to explore how to use your mind and the power of colours to heal yourself and your life. This is a space for everyone who wishes to explore new ways of healing that are natural and holistic. 🌿

I’m Verena, your guide here, and I’m a New Earth Priest_ess, artist & Spiritual Coach & I’m autistic & ADHD (AuDHD), queer & was born with an intuitive understanding of how healing works on an individual and collective level.

🌈 I love working with the power of our minds, and colours and using all our senses through sound, art, food, & connecting to plants, animals, crystals and opening up to spirit – and I offer a Soul Reading called the Wheel of Colours – which can support you on your journey to remember your true self and your ability to heal any aspect of your life.

Each colour, and where it is located on your wheel can reveal a facet of who you are — helping you remember how much more you are capable of, and reveal the gifts and lessons you came to share and experience in this lifetime, in a way that is practical, intuitive, and heart-centred. It communicates with you on a soul level.

🐯 And if you’d like to dive deeper and practice your emerging spiritual powers, you can also join the CREATRIX School, to continue this unfolding with practical exercises, inquiries and guidance. There, we fully peel away the masks we’ve worn to survive, and remember who we were before the world told us who to be – and begin to fully step into our power & purpose and to shine our light brightly. 👩🏼‍🎤

💫 In this remembering of ourselves, clarity arises — and this clarity brings confidence, and this confidence radiates as compassionate leadership – so we can not only learn to heal ourselves in a way that is based on love and source energy, and connected to a power within ourselves that is just waiting to awake again, but we can also begin to help and lead others – and play an active role in co-creating the New Earth.

In community, we can support each other and witness one another’s transformation. 🦋 We can learn to hold space with tenderness and power, and to co-create new ways of living and leading that honour both our sensitivity and our strength, our yin and our yang.

💖 The Inner Temple is a path of integration and awakening — where every colour of our being becomes part of our wholeness. It is here, in this temple within, that we learn to heal and lead not by trying harder, but by being more fully ourselves — grounded, heart-centered, and free.
