← CHAPTER OVERVIEW
What have we learned in this chapter?
Dear Creatrix,
How do you feel today?
Empowered? Joyful? Creative?
Ready to take on the world and create the life you desire?
Everything I share here are ideas. Ideas which hopefully inspire you for more. To try them out and use what seems useful and disregard what doesn’t.
More and more, I come to see how different we all are and yet how much we are also the same in our need to do things in our unique ways and when the time is right for us.
So, like we’ve learned in this chapter, you can take this material as a guide to yourself. See where you feel triggered – and take that as guidance to heal what needs to be healed, see where you feel happy and excited, and take that as guidance as well. After all, every emotion, everything that we feel and see can bring us closer to ourselves.
And I’m also going to share our recipe for this chapter with you today, and that will invite us to use our senses as well.
But before we get to that, let’s look back on what we have learned in the past four weeks.
To start this review, I’d like to pick up some of the things I’ve written about in the introduction.
First of all, I asked you in the introduction to identify some areas in your life in which you feel sad, unhappy, overwhelmed or helpless. Do you remember what came up for you? And now that you know about the universal spiritual laws, do you know how to bring more balance and love into these areas?
If not, can you think about that now? And if you can’t come up with the solutions yourself, bring your problem to an upcoming Q&A, leave a comment here or in our Facebook group.
There were also two examples of ways in which we often bring ourselves out of balance, which I mentioned in the introduction:
Pushing ourselves too hard and overdoing it, and being critical with ourselves in an attempt to reach a desired outcome instead of loving – looking at the laws we learned a different, more gentle, and more efficient and effortless way to reach our desired outcomes – by simply getting a very clear image of what we wish for – and then letting it come to us.
Have you used what you learned and tried this? Can you try this even more now?
And then I invited you to play the 100 questions game.
What did you learn from that, and how has this influenced in which direction you’d like to consciously grow and expand in the future?
We closed our inquiry about our own needs and wishes when it comes to growth and balance by bringing in gratitude, and I invited you to start a gratitude practice.
How has this been going?
Please share your experiences with us in the Facebook group, by leaving a comment or in the upcoming Q&A.
As a reminder, gratitude helps us to shift our focus from what we dislike, lack or don’t want, to what we have and enjoy, so we can invite more of it – because as we’ve seen over the last couple of weeks, if we consciously direct our attention somewhere, we also invite more of that into our lives.
So this has been our first week. Do you remember what we did then?
WEEK 2
In the second week, we started to dive into the Basic Laws of Life, and we began our journey with the Law of Projection.
The Law of Projection taught us that whatever upsets us in someone else directs us back to heal something within.
After that, we looked at the Law of Request, the Law of Attraction and the Law of Reflection.
Do you remember what they stand for?

The Law of Request reminds us that we have to ask for help if we want and/or need it.
