THE LAST THREE LAWS

Dear Creatrix,

I hope you enjoyed our GROWTH / FIND BALANCE! Chapter of the CREATRIX School as much as I did, and that you are using all these laws, which really are nothing more than really useful ideas of how to see the world to make things easier for ourselves, and allow for them to redirect your life to enjoyment and fulfilment.

I have to say that this course has been the most fun for me to create, so far (2023).

Maybe because it was a newish topic for me, maybe because it all seemed to come together in such a flow.

I sincerely hope that you have enjoyed it too, and that the last couple of weeks were helping you to feel more empowered, and guided you to get an idea of how to bring more balance into your life.

I also hope that these lessons gave you an idea and helped you to really feel and understand that growing is a natural part of our lives, as is change and imbalance, as long as we always aim to bring it back to balance again.

We’re not limited to certain behaviours, thoughts or actions, just because we are used to them, and we can change anything we wish to, if we consciously choose to do so and find out what we need in terms of support or tools to reach our goals.

Some things take longer than others, but they always work out for the best in the end – if we dare to continue on our journey and don’t give up.

But we have an opportunity here to surrender into the flow of life and to stop blocking it, with negative, fearful, pessimistic or resentful thoughts – once we do, we can see how that openness and letting go plays out in positive ways.

The more we see that. the easier it will be to trust this process and to see and believe that everything will and can only turn out for the best, the less we intervene, the better.

Once we do this, then we also begin to feel more safe, our foundation becomes more steady, our understanding of ourselves and our powers and abilities in this world become stronger, and we can dare to grow beyond what we were raised to believe is possible for us, with ease and grace and share this trust and love and joy with others.

MAY WE FROM NOW ON ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE BEST OUTCOME WE WISH FOR, AND LET THE UNIVERSE OFFER US THE STEPS TO GUIDE US THERE.

So, to finish this chapter off and add the last bit of extra strength to this process and foundation, we will look at the last three of the Spiritual Laws, today.

These are the Law of Faith, the Law of Grace, and the Law of One – and before we explore them, I got a gift from the universe to share with you, that popped up on my feed and that, I think, is a great addition to everything we’ve been doing, as I think it sums up everything we’ve learned in this chapter quite well.

It’s a prayer by the Nahua people, who mostly live in today’s Mexico, and it goes like this:

“I release my mother and father from the responsibility and guilt of the mistakes they unknowingly made…

I release my children from the belief that they should make me proud, so that they can only go in the direction their own hearts call them.

I release my spouse from the obligation to complete me. I am not incomplete; I learn something new from every living being around me every moment.

I thank my family’s ancestors and grandparents for existing in a way that allows me to be alive right now.

I release them from their past mistakes and unfulfilled desires. I am aware that each of them strives to act in the most correct way that time and circumstances require. I love and honor them.

I have nothing to hide from anyone, nor do I owe anyone anything. I am who I am.

I release myself from the responsibility of all visible or invisible ties that may overshadow my peace and happiness as I walk my life path, following the wisdom of my heart and being honest with myself.

My own peace and happiness are my sole responsibility.

I release all roles that I have assumed to meet the expectations of others.

I approve of myself and respect myself.

I salute and remind you of the greatness within me and you: We are free.”

And now, let’s have a look at the last three Laws, starting with the Law of One.

In today’s lesson, we will be very honest with ourselves, so we can heal and create the changes we wish for. 

For this, we are going to explore moments of feeling unsafe in our bodies, and moments in which we might have felt rejected for our bodies and how that has influenced our way of experiencing this world as well.

Then we’ll do a ritual to let go of the negativity we held on to about our bodies and begin to explore all the wonderful things we can do with our bodies.

More letting go and some New Ideas on Healing & Change

In this lesson, we will explore what it means to see our bodies and how we talk to them in new ways.

We will explore how healing works – without medication, and we will see how we can also change some of our features by talking to ourselves in different ways.

And we will explore why it is necessary to love ourselves and our experience for creating changes in a peaceful and joyful way.

How can we heal ourselves?

If you have allergies, or get a cold every year, if you have chronic diseases, food intolerances, migraines, if you need glasses or hearing aids, or medication of any sorts, if you take painkillers occasionally or often, if you don’t feel healthy or fit mostly or all the time, or think that your health is going to deteriorate as you age, you are limiting yourself – and if you wish, we will change the way you think about yourself and these things in this lesson today.

Because you can learn to heal yourself with your thoughts alone.

Thoughts on ageing (happily) & the Wheel of Colours & our Health

Today, we will first look at a few quotes and ideas that I found that might be helpful with our process of changing our beliefs, and then we will look at our Wheel of Colours, to find out how it can help us with healing and balancing our lives as well.

After that, we will think about age, and ageing, as that is on the one hand, a construct and illusion as well, and a necessity at the same time. And for that, we will time-travel a bit.

In the first half of this chapter we’ve focused on our mindset, how we see our world, and how we can change our mind to change our reality.

Today we will actually start moving our bodies, and I will share with you the basic requirements to keep your body healthy and fit so you can make a long healthy life a possibility for you.

Balancing our new routines

Our bodies often quite like for things to stay the same, so they might not be excited about us changing our routine.

Being aware of that will help us to set up routines that last. For that, we will start crazy small, and level up bit by bit.

And we look at how to resolve blockages that might keep us from starting at all.

Today, we will think a bit about why we do what we do and how we can do it best.

We will go a bit deeper into concepts we’ve already touched on and explore why fear limits us and love sets us free, and how our personal change is good for the whole.

How do we define ourselves?

In today’s lesson, we will come back to the beginning again in some ways and explore how our bodies interact with other people in new ways.

When we started, we realized that others often defined us, now, we can use this knowledge and experience consciously, to positively influence others with our way of being, while protecting ourselves.
