The colour grey plays a foundational role in this process. Grey energy supports you in honouring your truth while respecting others, helping you move through life with acceptance, equality, and inner peace. From this balance, a deeper harmony can emerge.

Grey | Lightness of Being

This is the second artwork I created to represent the colour grey in the Wheel of Colours.

Again, I worked with geometric patterns, which are made from circles in different colours, and then I digitally modified the resulting image with flower photos, until I would get an image that I felt really represented the essence of the colour grey.

I love that this image/poster has a certain amount of seriousness to it. It looks respectable, yet there is also a light playfulness to it, and it feels like many circles – reminding us that what goes around, comes around.

Inviting this poster into your home can help you to stay open and connected. It reminds you to always be fair and to respect yourself and other people equally.

PEACE

The PEACE poster represents field 9 in the Wheel of Colours, so activate the colour that you have in this field, if you wish to create more peace in your life.

Besides activating the qualities of your colour in this field, to create more peace, you also need to respect yourself and all others equally and see other people for who they are – your mirror.

If you have a conflict with someone, it gets resolved as soon as you resolve it within yourself.

So, if this poster speaks to you, ask yourself: How can you honour and respect yourself and others equally, and resolve your conflicts within?

Self-Respect

The SELF-RESPECT card represents one of the qualities of the colour grey, and asks you to check when you are respecting yourself enough, and when not (yet).

Are you pushing yourself too hard? Or not hard enough? Where are you making excuses?

This card is your reminder to honour and respect yourself & to treat yourself like the incredible and divine being you are – because you are and will always be the most important person in your life. So treat yourself the way you wish for others to treat you as well.

See what you can do to love yourself like you would the little child you once were – because it’s still in you.

And remember that making mistakes is part of the human experience, and an opportunity to grow and expand – not a sign of failure. Forgive and love yourself – because that’s what God/the universe and all mystical magical beings would do – and this poster is here to remind you of that.

Equality

The EQUALITY poster represents another one of the qualities of the colour grey, and reminds you to make sure that all parts involved get/do their fair share.

It’s often easy to take on the load of others.

But you have to remember that you’re just responsible for yourself, and dependent children, if you have them, but not for others.

If you take on the load, the worries of others, or act for them or try to interfere in their lives – you also take on their karma.

So, this poster is here to remind you to be wise and explore what’s yours and what isn’t and to focus only on what’s yours.

Equally, if you tend to withdraw and let others take the lead, see what you need to step into your power and to contribute in ways that make you happy.

Acceptance

The ACCEPTANCE poster also represents one of the qualities of the colour grey, and invites you to ask yourself: What do I have to accept in order to change it?

You always have to recognize and become conscious/aware of something and accept it for what it is before you can change it – for the better.

Where is that true for you? And where are you resisting?

Often it’s easy to close your eyes to what is and to distract yourself from your current reality by thinking about the future or the past.

But life happens now. And to change your circumstances, you will also have to change.

And you do that by accepting what is and what brought you here, and then deciding what you want instead so you can figure out how to get to that.

The Power of Art, Colour & Conscious Intention

Images, colours, and artworks are not just decorative elements – they are carriers of meaning, memory, and frequency.

When we consciously surround ourselves with certain colours and visual symbols, we create an environment that continuously speaks to our nervous system, our subconscious, and our body.
