← CHAPTER OVERVIEW
What did we create this month? 🩷
Dear Creatrix,
How are you today?
First, I’d like to congratulate you.
You’ve done a fantastic job this month! What a transformational journey, wasn’t it?
No matter how deep you dove into this topic, you put in effort, energy and your love and attention to make your life easier, more joyful and to contribute in the best possible way to the greatest good of all.
I applaud you, and I’m so grateful for the love and light you bring into this world.
Today, we will have a look at all we’ve learned and created this month, and as always, if you’d like to get a PDF of this chapter, to keep for the future, write a short review of this chapter, that I can publish on my website, so that others can find out how this chapter can help them in their lives, and email it to me, and I will send you the PDF, free of charge, in return. Thank you!
So, what have we learned this month?
In the first week, we got familiar with the topic and began to think about the different friendships we had in our lives.
We also started thinking about what we want and what we are missing currently when it comes to friendships.
And we thought about overcoming loneliness and how we have to befriend ourselves first in order to open up to new friendships as well. We realized that it can be quite difficult to be really honest about the things we wish for in life, but that it helps when we do it anyway, as it is the only way that we can actually have all that we wish for and that our soul desires.
Because we do all need each other.
Friendships can bring us closer to our shadows, and they can help us heal. We realized that more friends are not necessarily better than a few good ones – and in the end, it all boils down to what we, as an individual, really wish for.
What’s that for you?
In the second week, we continued to look at our past, and we thought and spoke about the experiences we had with our friends so far and how we were as friends as well.
Making peace with our past, helps us, to be free to decide on how we want to shape our present and future because it allows us to get rid of the baggage we’re used to carrying.
We also spoke about the way alcohol and drugs can influence our ways of being and that it is more than worth it, to try life without it for a while – if only to get us in the position to make a really informed decision for ourselves and how we want to live our lives – allowing us to actually choose freely instead of doing what everyone else is doing.
And we looked at the different roles we can play as friends, like companions, competitors, mentors or mentees and decided which ones we might like to try out, and how we can balance our friendships.
We’ve also used the Wheel of Colours to find out about our relationship styles and what we need to feel safe, respected and seen in our friendships.
