It’s time to celebrate!

Dear Creatrix,

You did such wonderful work this month, and now it’s time to open up to reaping the benefits of our hard work.

All the thinking, all the questioning and evaluating we’ve done – all the integrating, trying new options and making new experiences possible – you are on your way to not only being the CREATRIX of your new life – but also to start living as the qu_ing you were always meant to be.

But first things first:

This is the last lesson of the FAMILY chapter in the CREATRIX School – if you have any feedback, or questions, I’d be super happy to hear it/them.

We’re all working on making things better for ourselves and other’s, right?

So, especially if you have any suggestions on what I can improve to make this chapter more accessible or some of the topics we talked and though about clearer, I’d love to hear that as well!

As I’ve mentioned, I already talked to one participant this week, and they intend to buy a piece of land in their birth country and will plant some fruit trees on there, even though they currently live somewhere else, so they will later have a place to retire and live on and to plant some peace in a country that is currently not very peaceful.

What are your plans now?

Whatever we decide to do will have a positive impact on this world, if we choose from love and not fear, as every word, every thought, every action does not only change our personal lives, but has effects on all the lives we touch and with that on the whole world.

Every time we learn something new, every time we improve our lives, we don’t only improve our personal lives, but we improve everything, as our happiness and love will have ripple effects on all around us.

I can’t wait to see the project of this wonderful CREATRIX take shape and for you to make all your dreams come true as well.

So, I’ll ask one last time: How are your ideas about your own family coming along?

And are you already excited about the next chapter? Because starting July 6th, 2024 we’ll be looking at our PURPOSE and how we can live it.

Before we go there, we want to make sure that we really integrate everything that we’ve learned in the last four weeks.

And to achieve that, we will look at how a qu_ing would raise their family.

Maybe put on the family soundtrack again for this?

What’s a qu_ing, and why do we need one?

The term qu_ing is a mix of the word queen and king.

It’s the highest version of ourselves. Our most evolved self, the self that is connected to source energy and lives the connection to all there is.

A qu_ing creates their life with clarity, grace and great care.

A qu_ing is a person, in their full power, who is living out their highest potential.

A qu_ing is generous, present, kind, patient, honest and open.

A qu_ing knows themselves and is excellent at what they do.

A qu_ing knows how to reach any goal they set for themselves with joy and ease.

A qu_ing knows that they are a representation of the divine. And so are you.

And the best thing is: any person can be a qu_ing, independent of their sex, gender identity, or where they are and how they feel about their lives right now.

So what would you look like, act like and feel like as a qu_ing when it comes to your family?

In today’s lesson, we will be very honest with ourselves, so we can heal and create the changes we wish for. 

For this, we are going to explore moments of feeling unsafe in our bodies, and moments in which we might have felt rejected for our bodies and how that has influenced our way of experiencing this world as well.

Then we’ll do a ritual to let go of the negativity we held on to about our bodies and begin to explore all the wonderful things we can do with our bodies.

More letting go and some New Ideas on Healing & Change

In this lesson, we will explore what it means to see our bodies and how we talk to them in new ways.

We will explore how healing works – without medication, and we will see how we can also change some of our features by talking to ourselves in different ways.

And we will explore why it is necessary to love ourselves and our experience for creating changes in a peaceful and joyful way.

How can we heal ourselves?

If you have allergies, or get a cold every year, if you have chronic diseases, food intolerances, migraines, if you need glasses or hearing aids, or medication of any sorts, if you take painkillers occasionally or often, if you don’t feel healthy or fit mostly or all the time, or think that your health is going to deteriorate as you age, you are limiting yourself – and if you wish, we will change the way you think about yourself and these things in this lesson today.

Because you can learn to heal yourself with your thoughts alone.

Thoughts on ageing (happily) & the Wheel of Colours & our Health

Today, we will first look at a few quotes and ideas that I found that might be helpful with our process of changing our beliefs, and then we will look at our Wheel of Colours, to find out how it can help us with healing and balancing our lives as well.

After that, we will think about age, and ageing, as that is on the one hand, a construct and illusion as well, and a necessity at the same time. And for that, we will time-travel a bit.

In the first half of this chapter we’ve focused on our mindset, how we see our world, and how we can change our mind to change our reality.

Today we will actually start moving our bodies, and I will share with you the basic requirements to keep your body healthy and fit so you can make a long healthy life a possibility for you.

Balancing our new routines

Our bodies often quite like for things to stay the same, so they might not be excited about us changing our routine.

Being aware of that will help us to set up routines that last. For that, we will start crazy small, and level up bit by bit.

And we look at how to resolve blockages that might keep us from starting at all.

Today, we will think a bit about why we do what we do and how we can do it best.

We will go a bit deeper into concepts we’ve already touched on and explore why fear limits us and love sets us free, and how our personal change is good for the whole.

How do we define ourselves?

In today’s lesson, we will come back to the beginning again in some ways and explore how our bodies interact with other people in new ways.

When we started, we realized that others often defined us, now, we can use this knowledge and experience consciously, to positively influence others with our way of being, while protecting ourselves.
