Creating Our Present

Dear Creatrix,

I think that we covered a lot of ground over the last three weeks, and you are all set to create the family life of your dreams — now.

I’d really love to hear your feedback. What has been coming up for you?

What was or is difficult?

What did you enjoy the most?

And how did you like working on a visual image of your future family?

I will share my vision board/collage and also my thoughts about the mental image I tried to bring into form, with you, below.

But before we get there, there are a few things I thought about over the past weeks that came up as well, and that, I think, will be worth sharing here.

One is the message from my guides/highest self/source energy that I mentioned in week two. I will share that with you today, as it goes well with the other thoughts that I’ll share below, and also because this is really our last lesson for new content in this chapter.

In the next lesson we’ll review all that we thought about this month, what we found out and worked on, so we can bring it all to our presence and really embrace, and in the very last lesson we will see how we can integrate all of what we’ve learned and discovered about ourselves in the last four weeks into our qu_ing persona.

And then I will also share our recipe, ritual and practice for this month with you, today.

But there’s also something else, that I’d like to talk about before we get to all of that and that is the action of worrying about another person or the future in general.

I did not know about this for the longest part of my life, and it is also something that seems like a normal thing to do for so many of us – as everybody seems to worry about one thing or another. But that doesn’t make it a good thing.

I always think of Jiddu Krishnamurti wise words, ‘It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society.’

So just because everybody is doing something – doesn’t mean it’s good for anyone.

And we can’t really say that the way the world is currently working, is good for anyone.

Everyone is sick, stressed and unhappy – apart from all of us who are, bit by bit, choosing to live a life free from societies’ ways of making us sick, and from turning us against ourselves and each other – by finding our way back to trusting and believing in ourselves and each other and not listening to the probably well-meant, but still harmful, advice of those who want to continue in the old ways.

So worrying is something, that contributes to all that is going wrong in our world right now, and as I made a post about it yesterday, you can simply click through it.

Of course, that is not only true for worrying about someone else. It is also true when it comes to worrying about our own future, about our health, about anything.

For most of us, going into worry or fear is still our default setting. 

But we know now, that we can change these default settings, in ourselves – not by blaming ourselves when we catch ourselves worrying about something again, but by gently directing our thoughts to what we want instead.

And we do that until thinking and imagining our desired future becomes our new normal and default state – as that is when our lives will begin to change – for the better.

But of course, for us to be able to do that, we need to know what we want instead, and that is the reason why I founded the CREATRIX School in the first place – so that we can find out what we want in every area of our lives.

Because figuring out what we want and how we would like for things to be, is the only way we can have something to imagine ‘instead’ whenever we catch ourselves worrying about one thing or another.

And that is why, now, after creating your vision board, whenever something comes up about your family, you can have a clear image of what you wish to create and turn to that instead of your worries and fears. 

Now, you can see yourself and your loved ones eating good food, adventuring, playing and enjoying life – healthy, empowered and sure of themselves – certain they, we, will make the best of our lives and know now how to create the future we wish for – however that may look like and whatever that may entail for you.

And this is how we will continue to create our reality from now on – that’s your new life as a CREATRIX.

All we have to do for it is to stop trying to please others and just be ourselves and listen to our heart’s desires.

I feel extremely grateful that I figured out a way for myself to live in balance and experience inner peace, if not at all times, then at least at most times.

And I’d like to share with you, today, how you can have that as well.

In this chapter we go deeper into exploring the basic laws of life and how they can help us to creating a solid basis for our lives.

Because as we’ve learned in the past week to move into new and unknown territory, which we always do when we grow, can bring us out of balance and if the ground on which we’re standing is shaky and insecure already it becomes much harder to dare to move forward, as we don#t want to add more insecurity if we are already insecure.

So the stronger the foundation we stand and build our lives on the easier it becomes for us to dare to grow and move beyond what we and previous generations might have thought possible for themselves.

Letting go of Resistance & Attachment

In this lesson, we explore resistance and attachment and how they keep us from making our dreams come true.

When we learn to relax and let go, we can allow for things to come to us.

It is a practice and can be really difficult. Because often we are much more used to trying to manipulate and influence things with our actions then actually being able to wait for things we desire to come to us.

Today, we will explore the laws of higher awareness, as they help us to understand more about the world and how it works.

We will explore the law of balance and polarity and how we need to have all options to be able to choose what we want, and to guide us back into balance.

We also learn about the law of responsibility, as it really enables us to be free, and the law of affirmation, as it can help us to grow into the person we wish to become.

In this lesson, we explore what we are made of and how we can use the knowledge of how we are made to make more of what we wish for.
