← CHAPTER OVERVIEW
Welcome to a New Chapter in the CREATRIX School
Dear Creatrix,
I’m so excited to welcome you to this new chapter of the CREATRIX School.
In the last chapter, we talked about how to love our body and how to treat it in the best possible way. We looked at how we can encourage it to heal, to be healthy, to be in balance and how to move it, exercise it, enjoy it, so we can live healthy and happy lives.
Starting today, and for the next four weeks, we will think about how we can not only live in peace with our families, and find peace within ourselves with our current family situation, but also how we can contribute to creating and shaping the families we wish to have.
As the first week of each chapter in the CREATRIX School is all about assessing where we are, so we find clarity about what we want and don’t want, can let go of what doesn’t serve us any more, and invite more of what we do want – we start this chapter by looking at our current family situation, what we have and don’t have and what we wish for.
And for this, I would also like to invite you to read the introduction carefully and to see what comes up for you when you do.
This chapter will be exciting, challenging, fun, and I’m sure it will open your eyes to see some things in a way, that you didn’t think to be possible, until now.
It’s the second year that I’m offering this course, so I’ve written the lessons and worked through them myself last year, and I’m personally excited to find out what will happen when I do it again – and I’ll share my experiences with you along the way.
We’ll be working with the Archetype Oracle Cards Deck, and we’ll challenge our ideas of ourselves and what, we think, is possible for us.
To get you in the mood, there’s also a playlist that you can listen to:
Exercise/Questions
Please read through these questions and answer them for yourself. You can download and read my answers as well. Just be sure to give your answers first, and read mine after so that you can be free and open to what wants to be heard inside of you.
What comes up for you when you think about your family?
What’s your family history? How did you grow up? And also, what’s your current family life like?
What do you think about when you think about your family?
What are the happy memories that come up when you look back on your life?
And …
