Self-Actualization Coaching for Personal Growth
How would you like to live your life?
Imagine waking up in the morning, joyful, excited to learn what this day is going to bring.
If a problem arises, you can see it as what it is, a problem, nothing personal, and find a solution to it. If you achieve something, you celebrate it and move on.
You can pay full attention to the people around you, stay calm even when things get busy.
You enjoy the moment, see beauty wherever you look, and don’t worry about the past or future.
How does that sound?
The reality for most people does not look this way, though it could.
To be happy in the present moment is absolutely achievable for anyone.
Unfortunately, we’ve come to think that we need to control our outer environment to find peace on the inside. Yet, it’s the other way around.
Our mind tells us all the things we need to fix to get what we want, most of which are not achievable, or even if, still won’t resolve the problems we experience inside.
This is quite normal. I’ve been there. We all have. While we’re in the state of trying to cope, it can feel difficult to even imagine a different, a peaceful state, yet that does not make it impossible to invite that into your life and to live it.
Self-Actualization Coaching is a fantastic, safe and very accessible way to help you get there.
Together, we will create clarity around your role in life: what is it that you really have to do or be, and what are just assumptions or conditioning that you can let go off?
We will find out how you can organize your thoughts and your life in a way that it relieves you from unnecessary responsibilities and stressors so that you can focus on the things that really matter to you.
And most importantly, we will look at what has been blocking you from making the changes you want until now. Behind every blockage or resistance to change, there are contradicting assumptions, which we will uncover and test, so they can be resolved.
This doesn’t just sound like a solid and doable plan, it really is. And I can’t wait to see you benefit from the changes this will bring to your life.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, a mentoring programme, and self-learning courses, so you can choose your preferred way of learning and growing.
Whichever method you choose, I’m very much looking forward to finally meeting you. I know you are on your way to achieve great things.
Let’s make today the first day of the rest of your life.

It’s pride month, and, inspired by an interview I listened to, I thought, that I, and maybe you too, could do with a bit more clarity, and love, when it comes to dealing with our emotions, expectations and responsibilities, around coming out, but also when it comes to our families and love in general.
How can we make the most important decision of our lifetime, when for most of us, most of the time it does not feel like we’re deciding at all?
It feels more like things have been decided, the choices have been made, and that we are dealing with the consequences.
As an eight-year-old, when I woke up in the morning, I knew exactly what the most important thing was for me to do.
My friends and I would meet outside our school building to talk about everything that had happened in the 18 hours since we last saw each other. I could not wait to …
