In this moon phase, we are exploring the powers of the colour red – with all our senses.
On my Instagram and Facebook feed and here, on my website, when you purchase the Red Activation Kit, you can find a playlist, art, rituals, crystals, recipes and much more information on how to activate the qualities of the colour red in your life.
The colour red is the perfect colour for new beginnings, as it can awaken our trust, our belief, and our passions, and with that it is also a great colour to support us as we continue to ascent and create the New Earth or Heaven on Earth, together.
In the last longer article about the colour red, that I posted last week, I showed you how the colour red can help you grow your trust.
Today, I would like to show you how it can help you with exploring and changing your beliefs, as they build the foundation of your existence and experience here on earth.
To explore and change your beliefs, it helps to remember that our brain is like a recording machine that repeats to us what it hears a lot, or has heard a lot, whether that’s actually true or not.
If we hear something often enough we think it is true – we start to believe it is true – and then we create our experiences around that to make it appear to be true – yet it is all just a creation of our minds and beliefs.
So, if you’ve heard that you can’t do certain things, or that you’re not good at certain things, all your life, so much so, that you started to believe it, and now decide that those beliefs and the resulting behaviours and experiences are not serving you any more – you will have to retrain your brain.
And, if you want, I’d be happy to show you how you can do that, today.
I’ve been studying and researching ways to retrain your brain and trying out different techniques extensively over the last five years, and there are many techniques out there for that, from hypnosis to affirmations, but Bashar (channelled by Darryl Anka) has offered the best way of changing your beliefs, or overcoming limiting beliefs, I have found so far, and so I will share this technique with you today, so you can try it out, and see if it works for you, as well.
As with most of these things, the technique is simple, not easy, because it simply invites you to bring awareness to your limiting beliefs, and see them for what they are: beliefs that can change, if you want them to, not fundamental truths.
So when you notice a thought pattern that doesn’t serve you, e.g.: “I can’t do something”, then you are invited to investigate why you think that.
Is it because someone told you so?
Or because you tried it once, or a few times, and it didn’t work?
Whatever it is, you have to realize that this is just an assumption, a false belief, one that you can change to something more favourable.
And once that belief is changed you can also change your thoughts and actions around this topic and if you repeatedly act from this new belief, this will also shape a new and different reality for you, and with that allow you to experience the world in a new and different way.
If the reason why you think that you can’t do something, is, that someone has told you that you can’t do that thing, then you can start by asking yourself why they told you that.
Do they believe they can’t do that thing, so they assume you can’t do it either?
Is it because no one has done it before?
Or do they, consciously or unconsciously, benefit from you depending on them, or someone else, and not being in your full power?
Because whatever it is, it is just their opinion, it reflects their beliefs about themselves, the world and you, but it is not a fundamental truth.
And that means you have a choice to continue to believe them, or to prove them wrong.
And for that, you simply have to state your new belief instead, and exchange the new for the old whenever your mind wanders back.
Simple, not easy. It’s a practice. And doing it consistently also helps to build your trust in yourself.
If the reason why you think that you can’t do something is, that you’ve tried doing the thing, and it didn’t work, then maybe you were missing information, you didn’t try it believing you can actually do it, or you didn’t try long enough to actually make it happen.
Again, investigating this honestly will give you the answers to why it didn’t work before, which are no indication as to it not working in the future – if you change your beliefs around the topic.
Feel into what is true for you here.
And repeat this wherever you encounter a limitation, and then see if the belief you currently have around this topic serves you.
Because beliefs can change, if you want them to. But you have to want to change them.
This is so important: you really have to want to change them.
If you enjoy staying in your limitation, depending on others, or using it to cooperate in some way, that’s absolutely fine.
We don’t all have to know and do the same things. And often you have a perfect reason for not wanting to do a certain thing, as it might not be representative of your excitement or lead you to your goals.
Like, I absolutely do not need to know about the different parts that go into a car, or a plane, or any kind of machinery – I fixed a fair share of electronic devices to know that I can do it, if I absolutely have to, but I find absolutely no joy in it whatsoever, and I am more than happy to let other people do these things, who actually enjoy doing them.
So I’m happy to stay dependent and limited here, until I feel I absolutely have the need to know.
If I have to, I know I can, and I will figure it out, right now, I’m happy about my limitations in this field.
The same might be true for you in other fields that I love to explore, like metaphysics.
So just because we potentially can do everything doesn’t mean we have to choose to do everything.
If I know and believe I can’t fix cars or planes, that is a truth, one that I could change if I wanted to, but none that I want to change, at all, right now.
So when you start changing your beliefs, you don’t have to feel like that means you have to do everything on your own now.
But if you think, for example you can’t be successful in what you love doing, but would love to be, then you might benefit from changing your beliefs around this topic, so that you can do what you love, and be successful with it.
Or if you believe that you are unlucky or cursed, or that certain things just aren’t for you – find the underlying belief and limitation and see that it was just someone’s opinion or your culture’s opinion, or because you yourself adopted a belief that kept you disempowered – and change that.
You do that by simply bringing your awareness to it, remembering it’s just someone’s opinion, not a truth, and then replacing it with a new belief that supports you better, until it sticks.
The next hurdle is, though, that a lot of people have the same limiting beliefs, and so it’s easy to think it’s normal to not be able to do everything we want to do.
So if you believe: “I can’t do what I love and be successful with it” and all the people around you think the same, then it can easily feel like it must be true. But it still isn’t. It’s only true as long as you believe it to be.
And here’s why:
You are experiencing limitations, your friends, neighbours, and family members are experiencing limitations, because we’ve all been told the same stories, and believed them.
And because of that we experience the same or similar things, and we are caught in a feedback loop in which we all see our limiting beliefs materialize, and because of that we see them as truths, that repeat again and again.
It’s our beliefs and expectations, however, that create the results, nothing else.
So to change our experience, and what we believed to be true until now, we have to change our underlying beliefs and the stories we’ve been telling each other.
Who are we really?
More and more of us are waking up to realize that we are way more than we were made to belief.
We are waking up to the fact that we are eternal souls, temporarily occupying a human, mortal body.
And that our brains have been programmed by repeating the same stories of limitation again and again, and, because these stories formed our beliefs, we saw them materialize, and therefore had no choice but to think that they are true.
However, that perspective leaves out quantum physics, and the realization that we create what we expect.
So if we want to, we can start to remember, now, that life here on earth is just a brief moment, a brief experience, of many possible and simultaneous experiences of our soul, one that allows us to explore how to live in density and limitation, one we chose to experience.
When we do that, then we can see that we’ve just lived in a story, while we are here, one that we can change.
And to fulfil our soul’s mission here on earth to learn about limitation, and how to move energy in density, and to help earth ascent, we can break free from those limitations by transcending them.
For that we have to change the limiting beliefs we grew up with, and transform and alchemise them into something that helps us now, as we step into our leadership roles, to help birth the New Earth.
Or we can continue to do what most people do – suffer from and complain about the limitations we experience – instead of questioning and overcoming them and changing our beliefs.
To master density and limitation, however, and to break free from it, we first had to learn the earthly game and fully emerge ourselves in it.
That’s why we were born with no memory of our full truth, or partial memory, or quite a lot of memory, but then were conditioned to disbelief that memory.
Whatever might be true for you, you can always come back to remembering your true self, by simply stating that intention, and then following the synchronicities that occur.
You can also get your Wheel of Colours Soul Reading, a birth chart reading, your Human Design chart, use the I Ching or the Kabbalah Tree of Life – whatever it is that interest you most, to help you understand yourself better and to remember the choices your soul made for you for this lifetime.
Or you can use all of these modalities, as they each provide insight from different angles towards the truth of who you really are.
And once you have a better understanding of your uniqueness, of your divinity and of your infinity, then you can start to actually make the best out of your time here on earth, and begin to contribute in your unique ways to help the liberation, the ascension, the happiness, the breaking free from all suffering, for all.
Or you can choose not to do that in this lifetime, but then you might have to still learn these lessons in other ways, through reincarnation or experiencing this in different forms.
We are really the first larger, global group of humans who have a great chance at experiencing more enlightenment, and ascension, as a collective and not just individually.
Conditioning and how it shaped and initiated us
When our souls decided to be born on earth, we allowed for our memories of our true selves to be erased, so we can fully be able to become masters of limitation, and dive into this human experience, and embrace it fully, as a preliminary that enables us to then (re)discover how we can transcend it.
By rediscovering our true selves, we can free ourselves from the limitations we have learned to accept, master them (by changing our beliefs around what is possible or not) and with that, and living as an example that shows more is indeed possible, we open the path to more freedom for others as well.
I graduated from University with an MA in Anthropology, so I studied the different ways of being human intensively.
I have also lived in different places on this planet, and with different people for long enough, to know that nothing just is, everything only has the meaning we give to it.
What women or men do, beauty standards, belief systems, understandings of things, everything we think, we think we know, varies greatly in different cultures, and solely depends on the stories we’ve been told from the day we entered this earth.
In the West, a lot of our power has been outsourced, located with specialist and people in power positions.
We’ve been taught to believe that we need certificates signed by institutions to prove ourselves and our abilities.
All these things will become more and more meaningless, however, the more telepathic and heart centred we become, as we will start to see and know the actual truth of each person and the relevance of their offers for our lives.
Until now, however, most of us have been taught to seek answers, healing, confirmation outside ourselves instead of within, and we thought we needed formal, official, or other outside confirmation to thrive.
Remembering our true, infinite selves, that we are created perfectly, equally, and as divine representations here on earth, helps us to shift, and not seek external confirmation so much any more, and with that lessens our tolerance to accept exploitation or other forms of disempowerment.
Because when you remember you are a divine limitless being here on earth, then you will not accept to be treated as anything other than that.
In the film Harriet, about Harriet Tubman, there is this wonderful scene, where she talks to another person, who she is helping to reach freedom from slavery, and says: “God always saw us as equals.”
And that is absolutely true. All the inequalities, all the perceived differences of status, of gender, of race, of ability are human made – not universal – and therefore they can be changed by humans as well.
We’ve been told the story that we have to earn good grades, to prove ourselves by earning acceptance through compliance – when in truth we can simply grow our inner love, our inner authority, and shine majestically from there, no certificates needed.
We can let our frequency, our intention, and our self-worth, our acts and our words, do the talking for us, and show who we really are.
And with that we can also attract everything we wish for simply by matching its vibration.
Your life’s journey has been your initiation for this. It is what has got you ready to step into your full power now.
We always have and had a chance to be like most people who still accept the limitations and injustice, or to give up, die in one way or another, and to go back into the realms we came from, but we didn’t.
We chose ourselves, here on earth, and we chose love and hope over and over again, even when it was hard.
And this is how we showed our willingness for more. More truth, more freedom, more love, more light.
It showed how we, like Harriet Tubman, are not willing to accept the injustice that humans created, and that we are here to do divine work for all – and break out of the conditioning and suffering.
Why the stories we tell matter
One of the stories most of us are familiar with is history. The official history most of us know, only talks about a very short moment in time, though, and is limited to human history.
In it, we learn that there was always oppression, never peace.
We always had to defend ourselves, and those who conquered and oppressed others were the victors, the heroes, and so on.
We’ve been taught that we were the best evolution had to offer, and that if you don’t dominate others, they will dominate you.
This shaped our view of the world.
It’s a sad story of disempowered people with cold and closed hearts. But it is nothing but a story.
One that limits our hopes and imagination.
Through many more people openly channelling, historical documents reappearing, people remembering other realities and experiences, and soon more and more worlds and species reappearing back in a way in which we can perceive them, we will have to question everything we’ve officially been told so far, though.
And if you want to fully free yourself now and help to open the path to more freedom for yourself and others, the best way to start is by changing your beliefs about what is possible for you, and what isn’t, right now.
You have to choose to not let yourself be limited by the stories you’ve been told. You have to choose to allow yourself to be who you truly are. Limitless. Powerful. Loving & Divine.
For this we need another significant shift, though – and that is to move from learning from history, to imaging a desired future.
Like we shift the limiting beliefs about ourselves, we also have to shift those of humanity in general. From prey and predator, oppressor and oppressed to peaceful collaborators, to equals.
We’ve been taught to look at history to learn from it, and to not repeat the same mistakes again, yet, even if we critically look at what was, then we are still limited to act within the parameters of defence and oppression.
To create a different reality, however, we have to start imagining a peaceful world, a new, different way of life, one that is not limited by the possibilities of the past and the history that is currently available to most of us.
Like Einstein said, you can’t solve a problem from the level on which it was created.
Because if we feel like we have to choose between being the oppressor (powerful) and the oppressed (powerless) many of those who wish for peace – also deny themselves their power – which benefits those currently in power, who are misusing it.
Within the stories we’ve been told we have learned that power is unfair, or corrupt, yet power is completely neutral, and we can choose to use it for good or bad – and whichever one we choose is a purely individual decision, though it may be influenced by what’s common or expected in a situation.
So to remember our full power, and use it for good, to align ourselves with love, and use it to create a peaceful world in which every person can thrive using their unique abilities, we have to look for role models outside our history, possibly.
Of course, we can find it in some historical figures such as the Buddha, Jesus, maybe also Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Theresa and the Dalai Lama, and possibly many unsung heroes living love-based lives.
But what I think helps even more than seeing these seemingly exceptional people, is to realize that there is a reality beyond the veil, beyond the forgetting we went through, to fully emerge ourselves in this earthly experience.
What’s behind the veil?
Behind the veil, we can remember ourselves as the souls we actually are. Infinite, indestructible.
Behind the veil, we can reconnect to all the loved ones we thought we lost in this lifetime, who just changed frequency and left behind their bodies, but never actually disappeared.
Behind the veil, we can reconnect to our brothers and sisters from other planets, universes and galaxies, and we can realize that everything is alive: the air, the stones, the leaves, the sand.
We can connect to angels, ascended masters, guides, and realize we are just like them, only that we forgot about that for a moment to experience life on earth – and transcend it.
And then we can remember that all that we’ve been told and that we used to believe, were nothing but stories.
We can start to see that the people who hurt and harmed us were just playing their parts to help us shift collectively, and our incredible, indestructible souls were happy to choose a difficult experience, to help us all shift to a more desirable reality collectively.
Because our souls knew they could never be harmed forever, and that going through pain temporarily would be a small sacrifice compared to all the magical experiences, the growth, expansion, and collective liberation, that could be gained through overcoming the challenges we faced, and healing the pain we endured.
But we have and had to choose to let go of the density and learned limitations, the anger and resentment, and choose forgiveness and love, open our hearts, unlearn and reimagine, in order to transcend our learned limitations.
And when we remember all of that, all of who we are and all that is truly possible for us, in a way that we feel it and breathe it, and know it, then all that’s left to do is to actually start living a different life – one that matches our desires and wishes.
And for that we still have to unlearn most of what we believed to be true until now.
Overcoming our limitations
To overcome our limitations, we need practical ways, techniques, however, that we can repeat and integrate on a daily basis. Like the technique I shared above about changing our beliefs.
And we need to believe that we can actually do it.
And this is where the colour red, wearing it, using it can actually help us, to strengthen our belief and what we can do in this lifetime.
So, if we come back to the example I used above – the belief that you can’t be successful in what you love doing, but would love to be, and would apply the technique I shared, then I would go back to the industrialization, and the need people in power positions had, to have factory workers, who worked for them.
The belief that you can do whatever you want and be successful, without any means, by the sheer power of your belief, would have hurt their power over you.
So that idea was suppressed. People who thought they were in touch with the divine, their divinity, or free, and could break out of the system of oppression were shamed, ridiculed and socially shunned, if not killed.
You can see that repeated in all places in all periods – in systems that are built on exploitation and oppression.
And so those stories travelled on, until people took them to be universal truths.
It doesn’t make it true, however.
It just shows the truth that some people capitalized on resources and limited the access to them for others.
And if we allow them to continue to get their way, they will continue to do so.
So, it’s up to us to change that. It’s up to you and me, not someday, but right now, to change that.
Today, we can see that people who have a mental health crisis, people who are sick, people who can’t function as workers in the capitalist system, people who don’t want to function in it, are still shunned or made believe that it’s their personal failure – when in reality it’s a systemic misconfiguration, in which their only mistake is, that they can’t be or don’t want to be exploited, and so they are therefore worthless to those in power – but not to God.
And we have to decide which side we want to be on – when we look at ourselves and others.
When you look at yourself and your inability to function in this system – can you start to see yourself with love?
Like God would? With the pride of a parent, who couldn’t be more proud that you chose love and listened to your heart? And that you do something that makes life better for all?
How magnificent, brave, courageous and wonderful is it, that you dared and still dare to go through troubles, accept hardship, and that you are willing to transcend and transform a system that was never built on equality, but on injustice. That was never built to make you thrive, but to use you.
And you are willing to help create something else. Something better. The New Earth. How wonderful is that?
The current system, and the current power structures, just show that we have truly forgotten who we are. It doesn’t say that those in power are right, it just says that they are the ones who deemed themselves powerful when we didn’t.
But we can change that now. We can step into our divinity and our full power now – if we start to believe that we can.
And that starts with how we live our lives every day.
At this point in time, we have an opportunity to radically change the fate of our earth, by shifting from what was, to what we actually wish to have.
By shifting from accepting the old stories of disempowerment to new ones full of life, love and laughter.
The old stories only work as long as a majority accepts them, and slowly, but steadily we’ve reached the tipping point of enough people who are not willing to accept inequality and injustice in any way any more.
But to keep creating a better future for all of us, we have to imagine what has never been there before.
And we can find examples for that when we look at the high times of Atlantis, when we look at indigenous communities and their wisdom, when we look to and learn from other galaxies and planets, or to those whose wisdom has always come from behind the veil.
Only when we believe that peace for all is possible, only when we believe we can do what we love and be successful – then we can actually also start experiencing it.
And that means, not shying away from actually claiming your full power and using it for good.
That means putting yourself first so you are so fully resourced that you have the power to move mountains with the love you feel in your heart.
If you want to believe that all is indeed possible for you – you have to start with yourself.
And for that, you have to investigate every limiting belief you encounter – and that you’d like to change.
Like I said, this is simple, not easy.
We’ve been lied to. A few spread the lies consciously to have workers and to benefit from the disempowerment and the exploitations of others.
Others just repeated the lies because they thought they were true. Many of the people who tried to limit us just wanted to protect us from shunning, danger and exclusion.
So if we want something else now, it’s our job to break out of this circle and create a different present and future – for ourselves and all who are still to come.
To do that we have to remember not to look back to the present or past, because they are the results of our limiting beliefs, but we have to look to our desired future.
So ask yourself:
What does the world look and feel like that you would love to live in?
And then:
What would you have to believe that would make that possible?
And then choose that as your new belief. Look for evidence of what you now expect of yourself. See the world transform and change in front of your eyes. See yourself transcend limitations that you thought you couldn’t.
Be the change you wish to see.
When it comes to moving your belief from: I can’t do what I love and be successful with it, to I can do what I love and be successful with it, remember this:
We live in a universe in which we have free will, and in which love always wins (it is a universal law that the positive has more power than the negative, that love is stronger than fear), so if you love what you do you will be able to overcome all fears. We also just have to believe for something to be possible, to make it so (again, this is a universal law). So if you believe it to be possible, it will be. And we are infinitely supported, all we have to do is to ask for support and open up to receiving it (because we have free will and therefore can’t be helped if we don’t ask for it). So you can work on allowing that for yourself as well. And then everything is indeed possible for you.
When you really take this to heart and internalize this, all that’s left to do is to actually start acting accordingly, and believing, and trusting, and with that to start creating a new story, one where you are happy, healthy, successful, free, and one you will happily share widely, to inspire and encourage others as well.
Creating an Environment for Change
As we’ve seen, our brain and our experiences are heavily influenced by the words and stories we hear and the people we surround ourselves with, so I want to add one last thing to help make this possible, and that is to choose your company wisely.
I’ve been isolating for the most part of the last five years, to really free myself from all the conditioning, and I chose podcasts and audiobooks, music, and conscious connections over news, and old connections.
Of course, I interact with my family and regular people occasionally, but I really try to limit it, to grow my inner strength and authority, and to not get sucked into the general fear, hopelessness, misinformation, and confusion.
The songs we listen to matter, the films we watch matter. The pictures we see matter. And the people we allow into our daily lives matter. That’s why I’ve been writing so much and creating so much art. To give you something empowering to surround yourself with, to help you shift your frequency, simply by approximation.
If you put up artworks around your home that remind you of your power, your divinity, and the qualities you wish to nourish and grow, you can change in joyful and effortless ways. If you listen to music to support these ideas, you grow and change with joy.
Our brain is build to repeat and find belonging through repetition and likeness. But we have the power to consciously choose where we want to belong from now on, no matter what we are used to, by choosing new songs, new images, new company, new stories.
Because whatever we believe and see and hear a lot of is what we will experience. This is the basis of quantum physics.
If you think you can’t make new friends – you won’t. If you believe you will not be supported, you won’t be.
Change your beliefs – and you change your experience.
For the CREATRIX School I’ve created many exercises, ideas and experiences to explore your powers, and the power of changing your beliefs in different areas of your life, so you can create a more favourable reality bit by bit.
Try it out to see how it works for yourself.
Because if we expect hardship, that is what we will get, if we expect success, that is what we will get.
And it all starts with what we believe to be true and possible for ourselves.
People often think that their opportunities are limited because of where they come from and how they grew up. As you’ve seen now, their opportunities are only limited, however, as long as they believe the stories of limitations they were told.
If they, if you, start to believe that everything is possible for you, for them, that there are no limitations but the ones in our minds, and those we can change – then we can indeed make everything we wish for possible – together.
So all you have to change are your beliefs.
And while you can’t change where you come from, you can change your beliefs any time you choose to do so.
While we couldn’t freely choose our beliefs as children, we can do it now.
And we have to choose. Consciously. Wisely. If we want positive change for ourselves and others.
So, if you want to, take some time to think about this. Let it sink in, come back here, whenever you need a reminder.
And ask yourself:
What else would you need to believe about the world, to experience what you wish for?
What would you have to believe about yourself and other people to experience what you wish for?
If you choose your beliefs consciously, you can do, be, and experience whatever you wish.
But you have to make that start, and not let the surrounding naysayers discourage you.
And the actual colour red can help you with that, if you wear it, look at it, or imagine yourself wrapped in it, whenever you need to feel confident, courageous and strong and want to follow through on growing the beliefs that actually serve you.
I’m in the process of creating a Red Activation Kit, that will be available here soon, with daily affirmations and reflections, rituals, recipes, art, music and more, to grow your confidence, your inner fire and power, and your trust and belief in yourself.
And if you want to find out in which area of your life you need to believe in yourself and your abilities more than in others, in order to thrive, you can order your Wheel of Colours Soul Reading from me here as well.
But most of all, I hope this has helped you to see why it is so important to change your beliefs and how you can do it (by finding out why your current ones aren’t true and don’t serve you, and then replacing them with ones that support you).
This is your life and I wish for nothing more than that you, like me, see that you have the power to make anything possible for yourself that you wish for.
And if you need support, I’m here for you. Book a discovery call, get your Wheel of Colours Soul Reading to discover yourself more fully, or take on of the CREATRIX School courses to see and experience first hand how you create your reality.
It’s all here. It’s all yours. You just need to start BELIEVING.
