In the CREATRIX School we bring clarity, confidence and connection into every area of our lives - and we look at a different topic in each moon phase - starting March 29th, 2025 we will begin to focus on mindfulness and learn how to overcome negative thinking and how to become kind and gentle stewards of our minds.

Our soul came to this earth to have a certain kind of experience and to contribute in meaningful ways, and our body is the vessel it uses – we use – to be in the world. But who decides what happens in our lives?

In this chapter of the CREATRIX School (or 4-week course), we will explore how we can shape and reshape our lives by changing the way we think.
