In this chapter of the CREATRIX School (or 4-week course) we will explore how we can transform our family relationships and create new possibilities for ourselves and future generations.
Today, we start by opening up to the topic and finding out about how we really feel about our families.
In this lesson, we begin to think more about the possibilities we have when it comes to creating the families we would like to have.
And this is the aim of this course – to find confidence in creating the life you wish for, not the one that you feel is expected of you, or to feel like because you didn’t have certain things growing up, that you can’t have them now either.
We begin looking for what it will take for you to have everything you desire.
In this lesson, we look at how our culture might have formed our beliefs about what a family should look like, and how we can change them, if we don’t think they serve us any more.
We also look at the things we like to keep, that we are fond of, and that we wish to honour and cultivate.
In this lesson, we start working with the Inner Child Archetypes, and we look at how we can process feelings and forgive ourselves and others so that we can move on with more freedom.
What will it take for you to go from feeling sad about something, to feeling like you can change it?
In this lesson, we see how we can use the Inner Child Archetypes to empower ourselves, to see what we would like to work on, to live a more balanced and happier life, and how we can learn what needs to be learned, and heal what needs to be healed, and transform our view of the past and begin to see it as the fuel for the future we want to create now.
What would happen if you were to imagine that you, your highest self, chose this life for you?
Why could this be true?
In this lesson, we explore what it feels like to look at our lives, our struggles from a different perspective and see if that can enable us to feel more empowered about the choices we are going to make from now on.
In this lesson, we are exploring the family archetypes and begin with uncovering our subconscious associations with the different roles we can embody in a family setting.
Who would you like to be?
What will it take for us to actually become the person we would like to be?
A clear image of whom that person is, what they do, and what they would like for other people to say about them.
How do we get that? By looking at what we liked (and want more of) and what we didn’t like (and don’t want any more) so far, and why.

This is the last lesson with new content for this chapter.
Because we’ve already learned so much about how we can consciously create the families of our dreams now, no matter what, we thought, was possible for us until now.

Letting go of believes we’ve held on to for the longest part of our lives can be difficult, but it’s so necessary to be able to open up to new possibilities.
Luckily, it’s incredibly rewarding as well, as with every though or habit we can overcome, that has been keeping us from living our lives fully so far, we gain more freedom and allow ourselves to live in ways that are more aligned with our highest selves.
