← CHAPTER OVERVIEW
Let’s start our workout and movement routine
Dear Creatrix,
Welcome to week three of the BODY chapter of the CREATRIX School. In the last two weeks, you’ve let go of many old assumptions and beliefs about your body, and explored new ways of being, and even travelled in time in the last lesson.
You now know that you have the ability and the possibility to decide about your health, that you can decide how you feel about your age, and that you can choose to love yourself for the way you look – unconditionally.
And you know how to gently help yourself to change things about yourself that could be different for more joy and happiness, by seeing and focusing on the desired outcome instead of criticizing yourself, your state, your looks, or feeling unhappy with your present state.
Your life and your relationship to your body is a 100% up to you – all you have to do is decide what you want – and then to lovingly and gently, and patientiently practice that – until it becomes your new normal.
And as you’ve seen, the possibilities are really endless if you don’t limit your thoughts and beliefs!
Yet, while changing your habits and life starts with changing your thoughts and beliefs, it should also be backed up by your actions, so you can integrate and practice your decisions – and to feel and see the benefits.
Your soul and mind can work together to help you to state and recognize your desires: A fit and healthy body, feeling well, being able to travel and move around freely, or whatever it is you desire.
By training your mind, you can make these desires a reality, as your mind allows you to focus on and create a plan and to execute it, and it allows you to build the belief that you can actually do it.
Remember, you can decide what you think and you can change your thoughts. You simply have to train your brain and lead it back to the thoughts you want, instead of letting it repeat to you what it has heard from other people.
But you have to use your body to really anchor it in.
You need to physically change some things about yourself to see that change is actually possible.
Changing your mind is so much easier, when it is backed up by different actions, when you start moving differently and when you actually start having different experiences. When you see that people are reacting to you in different ways.
Once you come into alignment more and more, with your body, mind and soul, you feel more safe, you feel more powerful because you see and experience the change you’ve created in your reality.
And when you are there, you can then also open up to listen to your body and intuition more, as this will communicate your soul’s desires and guidance more directly and can help to lead you towards complete alignment.
If you begin to create a stable routine of practicing unconditional love, for yourself and others, and trusting that everything will work out for the best, supported by your mind, through belief and willpower, you’ll find more and more peace, and that will allow you to tune in to your body, and it’s wisdom more as well.
Eventually, your body and intuition can take over more and more, as your beliefs will automatically guide you to your best possible outcome, and then your reprogrammed subconscious will always guide you to health, or your soul’s calling, so that you don’t have to continue to use as much willpower as you might have to mobilise now, or had to mobilise until now.
After all, the goal is to do this with complete joy and ease. The change takes effort, because it gets you out of your comfort zone, but when you allow yourself to move through the discomfort of change, you will eventually arrive at more ease, joy and well-being once your changed habits are your new normal.
But as we’ve focused on our minds a lot in the past lessons, we will really focus on our bodies now. Because our body is built to move, and so we will start moving today.
After the last two weeks of looking at our mindset and making the necessary changes, preparing the mental space for physical change, we will be starting to implement what we desire now, so that we can live with more love, joy and ease in the long run.
And so we will look at what we actually want to improve regarding our fitness today and this week.
The reason for this is, that if we don’t use or exercise our body enough, it will deteriorate, no matter how much we wish to be well. And if we don’t use our body to actually enjoy ourselves, we’ve missed the point of being on earth.
Our soul’s didn’t go through the whole process of coming into a physical body (which is quite a task, really) to then not use it.
When I started my self-actualization journey, I didn’t know much about what I needed, when it came to exercise, but I did notice that as I reached my late 30s, things just didn’t work as well any more, as they used to.
There were shoulder pains and stiffness (that no doctor could help me with), and generally, I felt that spending most of my day sitting at a desk had its effects on me.
Luckily, when I started my coaching certification training, I also learned everything about the latest research when it comes to movement and physical exercise.
So, I’m not claiming to be an expert here, and I always encourage you to do your own research if you want to know more, but as I went through months of training around this, and don’t want you to have to spend as much time with that yourself, unless you want to, I’ve selected what, I think, is most important to know, and to share that with you here.
For that, I will first tell you a bit about what I have learned, what the latest research tells us, and then I’ll share with you what I do, what my routine looks like.
That way, by the end of this lesson, you will be able to make an informed decision and set your own goals.
In the next lesson, we will then talk about what it takes to establish a routine that lasts, and then you should have everything you need to start implementing your new loving and caring and effective work out and health routine.
And if any questions come up – ask me!
Are you ready?
